摘要
目的：对厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压临床效果进行分析。方法：选取我院300例老年糖尿病高血压患者随机分为甲组100例，应用苯磺酸氯地平治疗；乙组100例，应用厄贝沙坦治疗；丙组100例，应用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平治疗，对比3组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：丙组治疗后平均动脉压、治疗前后舒张压、收缩压对比差异性显著（P〈0．05），用药后临床总有效率均明显优越于甲、乙两组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。3组患者均未发生因用药导致的严重不良反应发生。结论：对于老年糖尿病高血压患者应用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平治疗血压控制情况和临床疗效，均明显优越于单纯应用厄贝沙坦或是苯磺酸氯地平治疗。因此，对于老年糖尿病患者适宜联合两种药物口服治疗。
Objective： Analyzing the clinical effect of the irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in the aged diabetes and hypertension. Methods： choose 300 cases of elderly patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, 100 cases were randomly divided into students＇ application of benzene sulfonic acid chloride ground treatment; In 100 cases of b, he sand treatment; C group 100 examples, application of er bei sha Tanzania joint benzene sulfonic acid chloride ground treatment, compare the three groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results： after treatment c group, mean arterial pressurel diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure before and after the treatment compared significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the medicine clinical total effective rate were significantly superior to a, b two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Three groups of patients were no serious adverse reactions caused by drug use.Conclusion： We should use the irbesartan combined with am/odipine besylate tablets in the treatment of the aged diabetes and hypertension.
