摘要
目的：总结多西他赛同步放化疗中晚期食管癌患者的疗效，寻找能够提升中晚期食管癌患者整体治疗效果的重要方案。方法：本次研究资料选取2012年10月至2014年10月期间在本中心医院接受诊治的66例中晚期食管癌患者，以随机数字法将其划分成两个小组，分别是实验组与对照组。对照组病患接受常规放疗，实验组病患接受多西他赛同步放化疗，并且对比及分析两组病患不良反应以及治疗情况等。结果：研究结果表明，实验组研究对象在治疗效果方面存在着绝对性优势（P〈0．05）。同时，两组病患在不良反应方面却并未表现出明显性区别（P〉0．05）。结论：临床上给予中晚期食管癌患者多西他赛同步放化疗，除了治疗程序安全性较高而且操作便捷之外，还有助于控制出现各种不良反应，建议推广。
objective： to summarize the many west he match chemoradiation middle-late the curative effect of esophageal cancer patients, for patients to promote patients with an important effect on the general treatment plan. At the same time, two groups of patients in terms of adverse reactions did not show obvious difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： for patients with clinical patients dorsey he chemoradiation, in addition to safe and convenient therapy program, also helps to control appear all sorts of adverse reactions, recommended.
