摘要
目的观察炎琥宁雾化吸入对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者临床症状和炎症反应的影响。方法将100例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机平均分为常规治疗组(对照组)和炎琥宁雾化吸入+常规治疗组(观察组)。分别在治疗前和治疗3天后对患者第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值%(FEV1%)、FEV1/FVC%和最大呼气流量(PEF)个人最佳值%(PEF%)进行检测,并对患者血中IL-4、IL-5和IL-13水平进行测定。结果两组患者在治疗3天后肺功能指标(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%及PEF%)及血中IL-4、IL-5和IL-13水平均有显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,观察组患者肺功能指标(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%及PEF%)及血中TNF-α、IL-4、和IL-13水平改善更加显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁雾化吸入可以有效的改善支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的肺功能状态,同时炎琥宁对支气管哮喘相关的炎症反应亦有显著的抑制作用。为进一步推广炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘奠定了临床基础。
Objective To investigate the value of Yanhuling inhalation (YHL) in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation asthma. Methods One hundred adult patients with acute exacerbation asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups, regular treatment group (Control group) and YHL+regular treatment group (Observe group), with 50 in each. Before and after 3 days treatment, the pulmonary function indexes (FEV1%, FEV1/FVC% and PEF%) were measured. Then, the contents of TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-β in serum were analyzed by ELISA. Results After 3 days treatments, the pulmonary function indexes (FEV1%, FEV1/FVC% and PEF%) were significantly improved. And the contents of TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-β in serum were noticeably reduced. However, the improvement of the pulmonary function indexes (FEV1 %, FEV1/FVC% and PEF%) and the reduction of TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-β in serum in observe group were more significant than in Control group. Conclusion Our data demonstrates that Yanhuling inhalation is an effective way for the treatment of acute exacerbation asthma.
