摘要
如何面对网络的"虚拟社会"和现实社会的矛盾,传统的固有的观念与现代信息技术发展带来的新观念的冲撞,我们要占领舆论阵地,引导舆论向健康方向发展,正面宣传教育必须在方式和方法上加以改进,结合实际,本文以为要从五个方面着手,不断提高正面宣传教育的影响力。
Facing the conflict betw een virtual society on internet and real society and the bump of inherent concept into new one brought about by development of modern information technology ,it is necessary to guide public opinions to a healthy direction and improve the method in positive publicity and education .Combined with reality ,this paper suggests that efforts be made in five aspects to continuously improve the influence of positive publicity and education .
