摘要
为提高反硝化效率,北冲污水处理厂于2009年起采取了两项措施,增加一台内回流泵运行,使内回流比由原来设计的100%提高到200%;增大了缺氧段的容积,使生化池厌氧段、缺氧段、好氧段停留时间比例由原来设计的1∶1∶5.1改变为1∶2∶4.1。2006年—2011年期间的运行数据统计结果表明,从2009年起,随着内回流比的提高和增加缺氧段延长反硝化时间,反硝化效率明显提高;随着反硝化效率的提高,对总磷和总氮的去除率也明显提高。
In order to improve the efficiency of denitrification, two measures were taken in Bei- chong Wastewater Treatment Plant in 2009 : ( 1 ) adding a reflux pump, and the reflux ratio increased from 100% to 200% ; (2) increasing the volume of the anoxic zone, and the residence time ratio of an- aerobic, anoxic and aerobic zones in the biochemical tank was changed from 1 : 1 : 5.1 to 1 : 2 : 4.1. Based on the operation data in the period from 2006 to 2011, the statistics results showed that: ( 1 ) since 2009, with increase in the reflux ratio and anoxic denitrification time, denitrification efficiency was signif- icantly improved; (2) with increase in the denitrification efficiency, the removal rates of total nitrogen and total phosphorus were significantly increased.
