摘要
目的测定补肺活血胶囊中有效成分补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法采用超声提取有效成分,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18,流动相为甲醇-水（48∶52）,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为320 nm。结果补骨脂素5.9-236μg·m L^-1（r=0.9999）和异补骨脂素5.3~212μg·m L^-1（r=0.9999）与峰面积的线性关系均良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.37%、97.81%,RSD分别为1.04%、0.84%（n=6）。结论所用方法简便、准确,可作为补肺活血胶囊的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Bufei Huoxue capsules by RP - HPLC. METHODS The samples were extracted in methanol by transonic extraction. Agilent TC - C18 was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water （ 48 ： 52 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm, RESULTS The linear range of psoralen was 5.9 - 236 （ r = 0. 9999 ） , and the average recovery was 100.37% with RSD of 1.04% （n = 6）. The linear range of isopsoralen was 5.3 -212 p,g. mL-1 （r = 0. 9999 ）, and the average recovery was 97.81% with RSD of 0. 84% （n =6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate for the quality control of Bufei Huoxue capsules.
