摘要
目的了解河南省中学生心理健康现况,为加强对住校中学生的心理健康辅导工作提供参考。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,在河南省7个省辖市中抽取中学生21 791名,其中住校生14 819名,使用中国中学生心理健康量表(MMHI-60)进行现场问卷调查,对住校生和非住校生的心理状况进行比较。结果住校生有心理问题者占48.7%,非住校生有心理问题者占39.2%;除高中学生在学习压力感和情绪不稳定上得分住校和非住校生差异无统计学意义外(P值均>0.05),其余无论男、女生,城市、乡村,初中、高中,住校生在心理健康量表各分量表上的得分均高于非住校生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。住校学生中有孤独感的占64.7%,非住校学生有孤独感的占55.8%,住校学生的孤独感体验强于非住校学生,差异有统计学意义(Z=-10.61,P<0.05)。结论住校学生心理健康状况普遍差于非住校生。教育部门需重点关策佳校生心理状况,通过配备心理教师、平富校园活动等各种措施减轻住校中学生孤独感,改善心理状况。
Objective To understand metal health status of boarding middle school students and analyze the psychological differences between boarding and non-boarding students. Methods A total of 21 791 middle school students among whom 14 819 were boarding students were selected from 7 provincial cities by stratified cluster sampling,and then they were investigated with loneliness question and Mental Health Inventroy of Middle School Students（ MMHI-60）. Results The detection rates of psychological problems in boarding and non-boarding students were 48.7% and 39.2% respectively in Henan. There were significant differences on average score of each subscale between boarding and non-boarding students no matter in boys,girls,city,country,junior high schools or senior high schools（ P 〈 0. 05）,except the scores of subscales of learning stress and emotional instability of senior high school students（ P〉0.05）. The detection rates of loneliness in boarding and non-boarding students were 64. 7% and 55. 8%,boarding students’ feelings of loneliness were stronger than that of non-boarding students,the differences were significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological status of boarding students are worse than non-boarding students ’,relevant departments should pay more attention to this phenomenon and keep an eye on boarding students’ psychological status.
