摘要
报告2例HIV相关型卡波西肉瘤并进行相关文献复习。病例1,患者女,38岁,非洲裔,双手背、小腿紫红色丘疹5月,无明显痒痛感,体检：双手背、小腿散在1-5 mm大小紫红色丘疹。病例2,患者男,46岁,中国汉族,双下肢、右眼睑紫褐色丘疹、结节1年,体检：双下肢、右眼睑多处皮肤散在1-8 mm大小紫红色或暗褐色丘疹、结节。两患者抗HIV抗体确证试验阳性。皮肤组织病理检查均示：符合卡波西肉瘤。根据临床及皮肤组织病理、HIV检查结果诊断：HIV相关型卡波西肉瘤。
To report two cases of HIV-related Kaposi＇s Sarcoma and to review related literature. The first patient was a 38-year-old African female presented with multiple purple nodules localized on the back of both hands and legs for five months without obvious itch sensation. Physical examination showed several purple papule sized 1- 5 mm of diameters on the back of both hands and legs. The other patient was a 46-year-old Chinese man presented with purple or purple brown papules and nodules involved both extremity and the right eyelid for one year. Physical examination displayed several violaceous or puce papules and nodules sized 1- 8 mm of diameters in both extremity and the right eyelid. HIV antibody test was positive in both cases. The pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of Kaposi＇s sarcoma. According to the clinical features,pathological examinations and the HIV test results,the diagnosis of HIV-related Kaposi＇s sarcoma was made for the two patients.
