危重症患者肾脏替代治疗中应用抗菌药剂量的调控策略 被引量:6

摘要 危重症患者抗菌药的代谢动力学发生改变,肾脏替代治疗也影响药物清除率。应根据药代动力学参数、残余肾清除率、肾脏替代治疗的清除率、药动学目标制定危重症患者个体化的抗菌药剂量。 ABSTRACT The Pharmacokinetics of Critically ill patients would change greatly, renal replacement therapy as well as increase the drugs clearance. To optimize antibiotic therapy, individualization of antibiotic dosing is important. So the Pharmacokinetics, residual renal function, CRRT clearance, Pharmacokineties target should all be considered.
