摘要
目的评价六神丸治疗急性咽炎的疗效和安全性。方法将符合纳入/排除标准的240例急性咽炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组160例,口服六神丸(每次10粒,每日3次),对照组80例,口服六神丸模拟片(每次10粒,每日3次),共治疗3d。以咽痛VAS评分的变化、中医临床症状评分的变化等评价临床疗效。通过症状、体征、实验室检查等评价药物安全性。结果治疗3d后,试验组的咽痛VAS评分、中医临床症状评分均显著下降,通过优效性检验提示试验组的疗效优于对照组;两组均未发生不良反应。结论六神丸治疗急性咽炎是安全、有效的,适合临床应用。
Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of Liushen pill to the patients with acute pharyngitis. Methods A controlled study was carried out among 240 patients who met the inclusion / exclusion criteria. All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group 160 patients, oral Liushen pills （each 10, 3 times/day）, the control group 80 patients, oral Liushen simulated pills （each 10, 3 times/day）, and were treated for 3 days. The efficacy was assessed by sore throat VAS score , TCM clinical symptom score and the safety was assessed by the symptoms, signs, laboratory tests. Results After three-day treatment, sore throat VAS score , TCM clinical symptom score were significantly decreased . Through superior effect test suggested the curative effect of experimental group is better than the control group. There were no adverse reactions among two groups. Conclusion Liushen pill is safe and effective treatment of acute pharyngitis, suitable for clinical application.
