摘要
为提高关苍术种子发芽率,以不同PEG浓度、浸泡时间、浸泡温度及分子量为试验因素,采用正交设计筛选引发关苍术种子萌发的最优处理方案。结果表明:4种处理因素对关苍术种子萌发的影响程度依次为处理温度、处理浓度、PEG分子量、处理时间;基于正交设计的关苍术种子PEG活性化处理方案中最优组合是A1B1C2D1,即关苍术种子在15℃条件下,浸泡在浓度为10%的PEG-4000溶液12 h时后,其发芽率可显著提高,且种子内部的SOD、POD和CAT酶的活性增强。
The Atractylodes japonica Koidz ex Kitam seeds were soaked in different concentrations of PEG withdifferent soaking time and molecular weight by using orthogonal designs to select the best treatment scheme ofPEG-induced germination percentage in order to improve the germination percentage. The results showed thatthe four treatment factors, which were treatment temperature, treatment concentration, molecular weight of PEGand treatment time, decreased in turn for the effect of seed soaking in PEG on germination percentage and thebest group of the treatment scheme was A1B1C2D1, namely with PEG in concentration of 10% at 15℃ for 12 h,and the germination percentage of seeds improved prominently, the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), theperoxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) increased.
