The operation of lubricating oil system is very important in the operation of chemical equipment. Lubricating oil can be effectively used only by learning six important indicators of lubricating oil including kinematic viscosity, demulsibility, acid value and flash point. In the use of lubricating oil,when the quality of oil changes,the root causes have to be found out and the problems have to be solved to improve the oil quality and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The hidden trouble in the equipment can be judged through regular sampling analysis of the oil. In the face of various problems,professional technical personnel can take proper measures based on the analysis of oil conditions to improve the oil quality and successfully forecast the equipment failure through oil testing.
