摘要
目的分析广州市大气中苯系物的污染水平及健康风险。方法于2011年6月—2012年5月对广州地区大气中的苯系物浓度进行监测,并利用美国环保署推荐的健康风险评价模型对大气中5种苯系物(苯、乙苯、甲苯、二甲苯和苯乙烯)的健康风险进行初步评价。结果监测期间大气中苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯和苯乙烯的平均浓度分别为3.48、15.72、5.79、7.60、1.64μg/m^3。苯系物的各季节非致癌风险(HI)在1.54×10^-2-3.94之间,以苯的非致癌风险最大;甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯合计非致癌风险在春、夏、秋季均〉1。苯的夏、秋季致癌风险(Risk值)分别为5.53×10^-4、4.87×10^-4。结论苯系物对人群健康存在非致癌风险;苯的致癌风险超过了美国环保署的建议值(10^-6),会对人体健康造成潜在危害。
Objective To assess the health risk of atmospheric benzene compounds in Guangzhou. Methods GC-FID method was used for the online continuous monitor and analysis of atmospheric benzene compounds from June, 2011 to May, 2012. An internationally recognized four-step evaluation model of health risk assessment(HRA) was adapted to preliminarily assess the health risks caused by five benzene compounds species(benzene, ethylebenzene, methylbenzene, xylene and styrene) in Guangzhou. Results The results showed that the concentrations of benzene, ethylebenzene, methylbenzene, xylene and styrene were 3.48, 15.72, 5.79, 7.60 and 1.64 μg/m^3 respectively. The non-carcinogenic risk(HI) of benzene compounds in four seasons ranged from 1.54×10^-2 to 3.94, during which benzene was showed to be the highest. The total non-carcinogence risk of methylbenzene, ethylebenzene, xylene and styrene was above 1 in spring, summer and autumn. The carcinogenic risk of benzene in summer and autumn was 5.53 ×10^-4 and 4.87×10^-4 respectively. Conclusion Benzene compounds may cause noncarcinogenic health hazard to the exposed population. The cancer risk index exposed to benzene is higher than the suggested value of US EPA(1×10^-6) and may cause potential harm to human health.
