摘要
目前,苯酚丙酮装置异丙苯单元的烃化和反烃化反应均采用β分子筛催化剂,该催化剂存在苯烯比和循环量大、动能消耗高、苯洗频繁、生产效率低等问题。国内苯酚丙酮行业其它生产厂家纷纷采用MCM系列催化剂,某研究院也开发出新型MCM-49烃化催化剂和HMCM-49反烃化催化剂。为了确认新型催化剂性能是否优良,实现节能降耗,提高苯酚丙酮产品创效能力,建立一套反烃化侧线实验装置。由于该实验装置中测量参数值较小,只能采用微小流量计进行测量。
At present, the phenol acetone plant of cumene alkylation unit and anti alkylation adopts beta molecular sieve catalyst, the catalyst existing benzene propylene ratio and circulation quantity big,kinetic energy consumption high, benzene washing frequently, low productivity problem. Domestic phenol acetone industry and other manufacturers have adopted a series of MCM catalysts, a research institute has developed a new MCM-49 alkylation catalyst and H beta-MCM-49 dealkylation catalyst.In order to conrm the performance of a new catalyst is good, to achieve energy saving, improve Gen effect ability of phenol acetone product, establish a set of inverse hydrocarbylation side line test device. Because the value of smaller measurement parameters of the experimental device, can only use the micro flow measurement small flowmeter.
