摘要
运用多体系统理论,以NAS979圆锥台试件作为检测试件,针对一种立式五轴加工中心,分析了33项几何误差,并建立了几何误差模型。将仿真结果与三坐标机测量结果进行对比,验证了几何误差模型具有比较理想的预测性能。根据实际情况简化了误差模型,并提出了几何误差补偿策略,为加工中心的几何误差补偿研究提供了理论基础。
According to the topology of a five-axis vertical machining center,a geometric error model is established by the theory of multi-body system based on the NAS979 circular truncated cone test piece.The results obtained by simulation are compared with the results obtained by the coordinate measuring machine.It has proved the validity of the prediction performance of the geometric error model.The geometric error model is simplified according to the actual situation,and the geometric error compensation strategy of machining center is put forward.The establishment of the model and the proposition of the error compensation strategy provide theoretical basis for the research of error compensation.
