摘要
文化强省战略是河南省委、省政府作出的重大决策。中原要崛起,河南要振兴,就必须充分发挥河南文化的领军作用,发挥文化传统优势。民间艺术是极具河南本土文化特色的艺术,其深刻的文化内涵、强大的精神作用力对文化强省战略的顺利实现有着深远的影响。本文通过河南省民间艺术现状的深入研究,探寻河南民间艺术的未来发展之路,并给出丰富传承方式、多元化传播途径,加大对民间艺术遗产的保护力度,优化传统方式、深化文化内涵,结合现代艺术形式、丰富表现手段等四个相应的对策,以证明河南省民间艺术对文化强省战略的强大作用力。
The strategy of strong cultural province is the important decision that Henan Provincial Party Committee and Henan Provincial government make. The rise of Central Plains and development of Henan province require to fully play the leading role of Henan cultures and the advantages of cultural traditions. Folk arts are the arts with Henan local cultural characteristics, whose profound cultural connotations and strong spiritual forces have profound influences on the smooth realization of the strategy of strong province of cultures. Through the further study on the present situation of Henan folk arts, this paper explores the future development road of Henan folk arts, puts forwards four proper countermeasures of enriching inheritance ways and diversified transmission routes, strengthening the protection of folk art heritages , optimizing traditional ways and deepening cultural connotations, and combining modern art forms and enriching performance means to prove Henan folk arts＇ great influences on the strategy of strong cultural province.
