摘要
目的:研究应用二维斑点追踪显像(2D-STI)技术对不同构型高血压患者左室长轴方向心肌收缩后收缩(PSS)的现象。方法:将60例原发性高血压患者按照不同构型分为左室正常构型组(LVN组)22例,左室重构组(LVR组)38例,对照组30例,运用2D-STI技术检测左室壁心肌运动,记录收缩期峰值速度(Vs)、PSS节段数及PSS峰值速度(Vpss)。结果:LVN组和LVR组PSS阳性率及Vpss与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均表现为LVR组>LVN组>对照组。结论:2DSTI技术检测高血压患者PSS的出现,提示局部心肌存在相对缺血,是导致舒张功能减低的早期表现。
Objective: To evaluate the phenomenon of the postsystolic shortening in essential hypertension patients with different left ventricular pattern by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging. Methods: Sixty patients with essential hypertension were divided into two subgroups based on left ventricular configura- tion, including Left ventricle normal geometric(LVN group, n =22)and Left ventrieular remodeling(LVR group, n =38). 30 normal subjects were enrolled. Detected myocardial movement of Left ventricular by 2D-STI, record the peak velocity of contraction, number of PSS and the peak velocity of PSS. Results: The positive rate and peak velocity of PSS in hypertension were significantly different from the control group, which showed as LVN group 〉LVN group 〉controls. Conclusion: PSS in patients with essential hyperten- sion reminder that there are relative myocardial ischemia in parts of the myocardium. It's a early sign of di- astolic function reduce.
