摘要
目的探讨信息网络化管理系统在护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法 2011年1月至2012年12月,重庆三峡中心医院将信息网络化管理系统应用至护理安全管理中,将重庆三峡中心医院各临床护理单元2011年1-12月的1226名护士设为观察组A,2012年1-12月的1471名护士设为观察组B,将2010年1-12月未实施信息网络化管理系统的各临床护理单元的1118名护士设为对照组。比较三组研究对象护理不良事件的发生率、特级及一级护理患者的护理合格率、患者及医生对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组A、观察组B及对照组的护理不良事件发生率、特级及一级患者护理质量合格率、患者及医生对护理工作满意度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论将信息网络化管理系统应用到护理安全管理中有利于提高护理安全管理的效率和效果,减少护理不良事件的发生,确保患者安全。
Objective To discuss the application effect of the information network management system in nursing safety management. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012, Sanxia central hospital applied the information network management system in nursing safety management.1226 nurses from all the clinical nursing units from January to December in 2011 were selected as observation group A, 1471 nurses from January to December in 2012 were selected as observation group B, and 1118 nurses which have not use nursing safety information network management from January to December in 2010 were selected as control group.The incidence of adverse events,nursing pass rate of critical and grade I nursing, patients and doctors＇ satisfaction to nursing work were compared among three groups.Results There were statistical significances of the incidence of adverse events,nursing pass rate of critical and grade I nursing, patients and doctors＇ satisfaction to nursing work among three groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion The management system of nursing safety information network helps improve the efficiency of nursing safety management,and reduce adverse event of nursing and guarantee patients; safety.
