摘要
目的探讨单孔法行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的应用效果。方法选取行腹腔镜治疗的儿童阑尾炎患者100例。单孔法组使用单孔法腹腔镜下切除阑尾,三孔法组使用三孔法腹腔镜下切除阑尾。记录2组患者的开腹率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等。结果 2组患者的开腹率(单孔法组∶三孔法组=2∶3)和术中出血量[单孔法组∶三孔法组=(9.5±2.6)m L:(8.7±1.8)m L]组间比较,差异无统计学意义。单孔法组患者的手术时间[(43.4±7.2)min]短于三孔法组[(55.6±6.7)min](P<0.05)。而单孔法组患者的住院时间[(5.6±2.9)d]也短于三孔法组[(7.3±3.8)d](P<0.05)。结论单孔法行腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of single-hole laparoscopic surgery on the children underwent appendicitis. Methods One hundred children underwent appendicitis were divided into two groups, single-hole group and three-holes group. The rate of laparotomy, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stays were recorded in both groups. Results There are not significant difference in the rate of laparotomy （single-hole group：three-holes group=2：3） and intraoperative blood loss [single-hole group：three-holes group=（9.5±2.6）mL：（8.7±1.8）mL] between two groups. The operation time [（43.4±7.2）mini in single-hole group were shorter than those in three-holes group（（55.6±6.7）min）（P〈0.05）. The hospital stays [（5.6±2.9）d] in single-hole group were shorter than those in three-holes group [（7.3±3.8）d]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Single-hole laparoseopie surgery is valuable to the children underwent appendicitis.
