城市污泥与垃圾焚烧飞灰烧制污泥陶粒试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 城市污泥产量巨大且成分复杂,而城市垃圾焚烧飞灰属于危险废弃物,这两类固体废弃物的合理处理与处置已越来越受到关注。进行了城市污泥与垃圾焚烧飞灰烧制污泥陶粒实验及重金属浸出实验,结果表明,污泥陶粒的筒压强度随着垃圾焚烧飞灰的掺量由5%增加至25%先变大后变小,其吸水率变化趋势相反。污泥陶粒的筒压强度随焙烧温度的增加而增加,吸水率变化趋势相反。此外,污泥陶粒重金属浸出实验结果表明污泥陶粒能有效地固化污泥及垃圾焚烧飞灰中各类重金属,其浸出浓度均满足《地表水环境质量标准》中三类水体的要求。因此,污泥陶粒的生产可实现城市污泥与垃圾焚烧飞灰的有效资源化利用,具有广阔的应用前景。 Due to the massive production and complex composition of sewage sludge and municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash,more and more attention has been paid to the reasonable utilization of sludge.Based on the chemical composition of sewage sludge and MSWI fly ash,sludge ceramsite production experiments and heavy metal leaching experiments are studied.The results show that with the increase in mixing amount of MSWI fly ash,compressible strength of sludge ceramsite increases firstly and then decreases,while water absorption shows an opposite trend.Meanwhile,the compressible strength of sludge ceramsite increases with the mixing amount of MSWI fly ash while water absorbs the opposite.Besides,it shows that the heavy metals in sludge and MSWI fly ash are properly stabilized in sludge ceramsite and the leaching toxic is far less than the national standard.It is pointed out that the recycling technologies for municipal sludge and MSWI fly ash are developing in the industrialization.
