摘要 脂肪组织由大量脂肪细胞集聚而成,其既是一个代谢组织,也是一个内分泌器官。肥胖患者的脂肪组织会出现功能紊乱,而脂肪组织功能障碍在胰岛素抵抗(IR)的发生和发展过程中扮演着重要角色。肥胖患者脂肪细胞体积增大,导致脂肪组织血流灌注量和氧供减少,脂肪细胞坏死,诱发炎症反应,引发IR。该文从脂肪组织功能障碍角度探讨肥胖导致IR的机制。 Adipose tissue is composed of a large number of fat cells,which is both a metabolic and an endocrine organ. The normal function of adipose tissue is disturbed in obesity,and it plays a prominent role in the development and progression of insulin resistance( IR). Emerging evidence suggests that enlarged adipocytes result in adipose tissue hypoperfusion,hypoxia and necrosis which may induce inflammatory response,contributing to IR. This article aims to discuss the underlying mechanism of obesity-induced IR from the point of adipose tissue dysfunction.
