摘要 采用RNG k-ε湍流模型,结合欧拉双流体模型对倾斜向下0°、10°和20°切向入口角度的短接触旋流反应器进行数值模拟,分别考察混合腔内速度场、固相浓度场和分离段速度场。模拟结果显示:倾斜向下10°切向入口能有效的消除顶部灰环、抑制轴向返混、减少在混合腔的停留时间,同时改善混合腔内的固相颗粒不均匀度。角度的改变对分离段速度场的影响较小。 The short contact cyclone reactor with tangential entrance angle inclined downward 0°, 10°and 20°was numerically simulated by RNG k-ε turbulence model combined with Eulerian two-fluid model. The velocity field, solid concentration field in mixing cavity and the velocity field of separation zone were examined respectively. The simulation results showed that 10°inclined downward tangential entrance could remove the top dust ring, inhibit axial backmixing, reduce the residence time in mixing chamber effectively and improve the uniformity of solid particles in mixing cavity. Changes of angle had less effect on the velocity filed of separation zone.
