摘要
为了让新能源专业本科生了解和掌握光电转换原理和光电材料的制备,在大量研究工作的基础上,设计了关于TiO2纳米薄膜光阳极的制备及其性能研究综合实验,包括溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2光阳极、松油醇对光电性能的影响等实验内容。该实验路线简单易行,涵盖知识点多,有利于培养学生综合运用知识进行科学研究的能力,可以作为新能源专业的综合性实验项目。
The comprehensive experimental teaching is an important part of teaching reform.In order to make undergraduates majoring in new energy materials to grasp the principle of photoelectric conversion and preparation of photoelectric materials,an experiment was designed,including the preparation of TiO2 photoanodes by the sol-gel method and the relationship between photoelectric conversion efficiency and terpineol content.The designing experiment with simple route includes a lot of knowledge and is beneficial to develop students' ability on using knowledge and carrying out scientific research flexibly,thus it can be applied as a comprehensive experiment of the experimental course of the students majored in new energy materials.
