摘要
以乙酰乙酸叔丁酯为起始物料,经亚硝化、烷基化、水解、缩合等一系列反应得到氨曲南杂质。相比原先的母液浓缩制备方法,该新方法收率高,成本低,原料易得且反应条件温和。
The Aztreonam impurity was synthesized by a series of reactions of nitrosation, alkylation, hydrolysis and condensation using t-butyl acetoacetate as starting material. Compare with the previous method of mother liquor concentration preparation, the advantage of the new method is high yield, low cost, available raw materials and mild reaction conditions.
