摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和ε-己内酯(CL)为原料,以钛酸正丁酯为催化剂,通过酯化和缩聚反应,制备了不同硬段含量的聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-co-ε-己内酯)共聚酯(BCL)。通过1H NMR、IR、DSC对BCL进行了表征。结果表明随着硬段含量的增加,BCL硬段序列长度增加、软段序列长度下降;共聚酯的熔点和结晶温度逐渐升高;共聚酯的密度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度逐渐增大。
A series of butylene terephthalate-ε-caprolactonecopolyesters (BCL) with different hard segment contents were synthesized by ring-opening reaction and polycondensation. The chain structures of BCL was investigated by IH NMR spectroscopy IR and DSC. The analysis from IH NMR spectra of the PBT-CL revealed that the chain chemical and sequence structure of BCL is complicated. The hard-segment sequence length, melting point, crystallization temperature, gravity, tension strength and flexural strength of BCL copolyesters increases with increasing hard-segment content.
