巯基苯并噻唑醇在菜籽油和加氢油中的摩擦学性能 被引量:2

摘要 以脂肪醇和巯基苯并噻唑为原料,合成了3-(2-巯基-苯并噻唑基)-2-乙氧基丙醇(TBE),在四球摩擦试验机上考察了TBE单剂以及其与磷酸三丁酯(TBP)组合的复配添加剂在菜籽油(RSO)和加氢油(5Cst)中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:合成的TBE具有一定的摩擦学性能,且在RSO中响应效果优于在5Cst中;在基础油中添加TBE/TBP复配剂可以获得协同增效的作用,复配剂的极压、抗磨和减摩性能均优于单剂,且TBE与TBP质量比7∶3和5∶5为最佳配比,TBE/TBP复配剂在RSO中的响应效果也优于在5Cst中。 A lubricant additive 3- (benzo[ d] thiazol-2-ylthio)-2-ethoxypropan-l-ol (TBE) was syn- thesized using fatty alcohol and a mercaptobenzothiazole as starting materials. The tribological proper- ties of TBE alone and TBE/TBP (tributyl phosphate) composite additive in rapeseed oil (RSO) and hy- drotreated base oil (5Cst) were investigated using a four-ball friction tester. The results show that the synthesized TBE has some trihological properties, and the response effect in RSO is better than that in 5Cst. On the other hand, the addition of TBE and TBP simultaneously in base oil can get synergies. TBE/TBP has better extreme pressure, anti-wear and friction properties than the single additive, and the best mass ratio of TBE/TBP composite additive is 7 : 3 or 5 : 5. The response performance of TBE/ TBP composite additive in RSO is also better than in 5Cst.
