摘要
文中根据不确定度评定的相关规则和标准,对除尘器除尘效率测定不确定度产生的来源进行了识别,对各不确定度分量进行了计算、合成和评估。结果表明,除尘效率测定的不确定度可达到较大值,在实际应用中应给予充分考虑;除尘效率本身的大小对不确定度的影响最大;除尘器出口采集烟尘重量对不确定度的影响也较大,在实际测定过程中,可采取相应措施使之减小。
Based on the uncertainty evaluation criteria and standards, the causes ofuncertainty to determination of dust removal efficiency for dust collectors were identified, and each components of the uncertainty was calculated, synthesized, and evaluated. The result showed that the uncertainty to determination of dust removal efficiency for dust collectors could reach a large value, so it should be concerned in practical application. The value of dust removal efficiency itself most affected the uncertainty. The weight of dust collected from the outlet of dust collectors also affected the uncertainty, appropriate method could be conducted to reduce this affection in the determination.
