摘要
针对田兴铁矿矿体埋藏较深,矿石储量较大,进行高效率、低成本充填需要,研究了充填材料和充填能力;对比分析了立式砂仓工艺和深锥浓密机工艺的优缺点。最终确定田兴铁矿采用司家营一期选厂5系列与氧化矿系列的中强磁尾矿进行充填,并采用深锥浓密机浓缩沉降工艺。
The filling material and filling capacity for Tianxing Iron Mineare is researched,which has a deep buried ore body in earth and a large mineral reserves,needs a filling of high efficiency and lowcost. After comparing and analyzing the merits and demerits of vertical sand tank technology and deep-cone thickener technology,it is determined to fill with the medium-strong magnetic tailings coming from 5 series and oxide bearing ore series of first-stage concentrator of Sijiaying Iron Mine,and to adopt deep-cone thickener settlement technology.
