摘要
采用有限元方法,模拟了各种工况下弹簧对凝汽器的支承作用,试图将可变弹簧支吊架应用到凝汽器的热井上,并讨论了这种思路的可行性。通过对比,分析了使用弹簧支吊架后的应力变化,展示了弹簧对降低接管口和支座局部应力的作用,证明了设计的可行性。
Finite element method has been used to simulate the supporting effect of the spring on the condenser in various working conditions.The idea that variable spring support is applied to the design of condenser hot well has been discussed.Through comparison,stress variation of condenser using spring hanger has been analyzed,the effect of spring on the stress reduction of the nozzle and support local stress has been shown.The feasibility of the design has been proved.
