摘要
目的 :探讨培土生金法防治支气管哮喘的作用及其机理。方法 :建立豚鼠脾虚哮喘病证结合模型及单纯哮喘模型 ,以支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中总细胞 (Tol)和嗜酸性粒细胞数 (Eos)以及BALF上清液中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性为指标 ,观察培土生金中药益气定喘汤对哮喘发生及其严重程度的影响。结果 :两中药组Tol和Eos数以及SOD、CAT和GSH -Px活性均较相应的未用药组升高 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。结论 :培土生金中药可延缓豚鼠过敏性哮喘的发生 ,减轻发作的程度。其机理可能是减少气道炎性细胞尤其是Eos的聚集和浸润 ,增加动物抗氧化能力 。
Objective:To study the effect and the mechanisms of the method of trengthening earth to promote metal on prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods:The guinea pig models of both asthma with spleen deficiency syndrome and asthma only were set up ,taking total cell(Tot)and eosinophil (Eos)counts from the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF);activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase (CAT)and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px)in supernatant as indices,to observe the effect of decoction of replenishing Qi for reliveving asthma(RQRA)strengthening earth to promote metal on attack and severity of asthma.Results:Compared with those in corresponding positive groups,the counts of Tot and Eos,and the activities or contents of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px increased (P<0.001 or 0.05). Conclusion:RQRA could delay the attack of allergic asthma in guinesa pigs and subdue the severity of asthma.The mechanisms might be to reduce the recruit and infiltration of inflammatory cells,especially Eos,in airway,and to raise the power of the animals against oxidants nad to reduce the injure from peroxidation.
