摘要
目的：分析小儿腹泻应用整体护理程序的临床效果。方法选择我院2013年1月～2014年1月收治的腹泻患儿100例，对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果实验组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患儿，实验组患儿的止泻时间和住院时间显著短于对照组患儿，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在小儿腹泻中应用整体护理程序，能让小儿腹泻的疗效得到有效提升，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analysis of infantile diarrhea application clinical effect of the nursing process as a whole.MethodsOur hospital between January 2013 and January 2014, 100 cases of diarrhea, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of children were analyzed.ResultsThe total effective rate is signiifcantly higher than the control group infants of children, children with experimental antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time was signiifcantly shorter than the control group were both comparative difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe application of overall nursing process in infantile diarrhea, can let the curative effect of infantile diarrhea effectively promoted, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
