摘要
目的观察康复新液联合美沙拉秦灌肠液保留灌肠治疗远段结肠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法将140例住院治疗的UC患者随机分为两组,每组70例,观察组采用康复新液50 ml加氯化钠注射液50 ml、美沙拉秦灌肠液4 g/60 ml,每晚保留灌肠1次,共4周;对照组采用美沙拉秦灌肠液4 g/60 ml每晚保留灌肠1次,共4周。结果观察组显效36例,有效30例,无效4例,总有效率为94.29%;对照组显效23例,有效29例,无效18例,总有效率为74.29%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合美沙拉秦保留灌肠治疗远段结肠溃疡性结肠炎疗效稳定可靠、安全性高、症状缓解快,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of retention enemas with mesalazine combined Kangfuxin solution on patients with distal ulcerative colitis（UC）. Methods One hundred and forty patients with distal ulcerative colitis in accordance with inclusion cri- teria were randomly divided into trial group （n =70） and control group （n =70）. The patients in trial group were treated with Kangfux- in solution （50 ml,and 0. 9% NaCl 50 ml） combined with mesalazine enemas （4. 0 g/60 ml,every night） for 4 weeks. The patients in control group were treated by mesalazine enemas （4. 0 g/60 ml, every night） for 4 weeks. Results In trial group, 36 cases were markedly effective, 30 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94. 29% ; In control group, 23 ca- ses were markedly effective, 29 cases were effective, 18 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 74. 29%. The total ef- fective rate in trial group was higher than that in control group. Conclusion The Kangfuxin solution combined mesalazine enemas have the advantage of more effective,higher safety, less time of symptoms in treatment of distal ulcerative colitis.
