摘要
合格辅导员将如何做、怎样做呢?首先,加强自身素质,提高理论素养;其次,深入学生生活、了解学生、关心学生,作学生的知心朋友,努力完善辅导员"十个一"工作制度;再次,培养自己"海纳百川"的工作作风;最后,全面实施大学生素质拓展计划,创新工作思路,辅导学生成长成才。
Abstrct：How to be a qualified counselor？Firstly,their own quality should be strengthened,and the theoretical accomplishment ought to be improved; secondly,a qualified counselor will plunge into the thick life of students, understand students, care about students,be students＇ bosom friends,make efforts to improve the＂ten-one＂working system of counselors;thirdly, a qualified counselor will cultivate their own ＂all rivers run into sea＂ style of work; finally,a qualified counselor will fully implement of plan of developing student s＇ quality,innovate work ideas and help students grow up to be a talent.
