乙烯装置裂解炉衬里节能改造

摘要 天津石化乙烯装置4号、5号裂解炉辐射段隔热衬里老化,隔热效果差。在对其节能改造中,依据中国石化样板炉标准,通过采用先进的隔热耐火材料,优化衬里应用结构,确定关键施工部位的工序与方法,制定各环节及隐蔽工程的质量验收标准等措施并逐一落实执行。改造后达到了延长衬里材料使用寿命,降低散热损失,提高热效率的目的。 The lining in the radiation section of the No. 4 and No.5 ethylene cracking furnaces at SINOPEC Tianjin Company had poor insulation performance because of the aging of the lining. In the energy-saving modification, according to the SINOPEC standards for model furnace,some measures were taken including using advanced refractory insulation material, optimizing the structure of lining,establishing the methods and sequences for key construction parts and developing quality acceptance standards for various links and concealed work. After the modification, the service life of the lining material was prolonged,the heat loss was reduced,and the thermal efficiency was improved.
