摘要
节事资源的旅游产业化对促进我国产业结构调整、经济平稳增长和生态环境改善等具有重要意义,研究旨在探索节事资源旅游产业化的科学路径与基本模式。从"人口—产业"的分析框架出发,节事资源的旅游产业化应遵循"(消费群体的)人口分析—节事资源的创意开发"的路径。结论如下:1)节事的集聚效应揭示了节事资源旅游产业化的内在机理,是节事资源旅游产业化的基础。2)节事旅游人口的分析应按"需求-认知-行为"的逻辑进行。3)节事资源的创意开发要基于节事资源的创意性分类,走产业融合之路,具体采取发展节事旅游产业的策略。其中节事资源的创意分类,可根据不同节事的属性差别分为物质资源、非物质资源与名人资源,并根据与旅游业的融合程度分为旅游型、强旅游型、半旅游型、弱旅游型四类。4)节事资源的产业化开发包括两种基本模式:属地化模式与飞地化模式,这为节事资源的旅游产业化路径提供了基本保障。
Festival/special events resources are a type of folk cultural resources.The tourism industrialization development of festival/special events resources has great significance to the sustainable development of the national economy,environment and society.Taking apopulation and industry perspective,this paper analyzes the agglomeration effect of festival/special events.On the basis of the analysis,a more comprehensive analysis on the industrial development of festival/special events resources is made following the logic of "(consumer)population analysis-creative resource categorization-development model and path of resources".The research suggests a framework for festival/special events population analysis based on need,cognition,and behavior of the population.It also constructs the classification of festival/special events resources based on principles of ease of development.In addition,it summarizes two developmental models according to the difference in territorial space,including dependency and enclave.Finally,it proposes industrial merging as a path for implementing festival/special events resources development,that is to develop festival/special event tourism industry.The research pinpoints different developmental strategies for various types of festival/special events tourism resources:strong tourism,tourism,semi-tourism and weak tourism.
