摘要
影响信号处理及信号解码的最大问题是噪声干扰,有效的信号处理方法能够提高接收信号分析处理的正确性及可靠性。为此,提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波的钻井液脉冲信号处理方法。首先根据钻井泵噪声与泵冲之间的关系,求出泵噪声的谐波频率及对应的幅值相位,实现泵噪声的重构,从而实现了泵噪声的去除。对于去除泵噪声后的信号,其余的噪声可以作为加性噪声来处理,进而采用卡尔曼滤波方法实现信号的实时滤波。试验结果表明,泵噪声是钻井液脉冲信号的主要干扰源,对于钻井液脉冲信号的滤波,所提出的卡尔曼滤波方法实用且有效。
Noise disturbance is the biggest problem which affects signal processing and signal deco- ding. Effective signal processing method can improve correctness and reliability of received signal analysis and pro- cessing. Therefore, a Kalman filter-based mud pulse signal processing method is given. The relationship between drilling pump noise and pump stroke is used for calculating harmonic frequency of pump noise and corresponding amplitude and phase to achieve pump noise reconstruction, thus removing pump noises. For the signal without pump noise, other noises can be taken as added noise for processing and then Kalman filter method is used to achieve real-time filtering. Test results show that the pump noise is primary disturbance source of mud pulse signals and the proposed Kalman filter method is practical and effective for filtering of mud pulse signals.
