摘要
在CA6140车床上对钛合金进行切削试验,运用正交试验法选取10个4因素5水平试验组;对比亚干式切削与湿式切削在相同切削参数下切削力值的大小.试验表明:在选择合适的切削条件下,亚干式切削力值小于湿式切削力值,证明了亚干式切削可以超越湿式切削的效果.
Through the experiment of cutting titanium alloy on CA6140 lathe,10test groups with four factors and five levels were selected by orthogonal experimental method to compare the cutting force values between sub dry cutting and wet cutting under the same cutting parameters.Experiments showed that:under the suitable cutting conditions,sub dry cutting force value is less than the wet cutting force value and thus proved that the sub dry cutting can transcend the wet cutting.
