摘要
以TQLZ型惯性往复直线振动筛为研究对象,应用拉格朗日方程建立其数学模型,并转化为状态方程形式,与电机的状态方程构成了机电耦合模型。通过对机电耦合模型进行数值求解,得出了惯性往复振动机械从启动到稳态工作过程中的振动曲线和所受的载荷情况,为进行结构动力学分析奠定了基础,同时为该类机械的设计提供参考。
Taking TQLZ inertial reciprocating screen as researching object, its mathematical model is estab-lished by using Lagrange equation, and then transformed its mathematical model into the form of state equation,with the combination of the state equations of the motor, and then got the electromechanical coupling model of the TQLZ inertial reciprocating screen. Through the numerical solution of the electromechanical coupling model,the dynamic process of the inertial reciprocating vibration machinery from the start to the vibration curve of steady work and the load cases was obtained. This article provided basis theoretic for the strength design and structure improvement for this kind of vibration equipment.
