电针对血管性痴呆大鼠行为学及脑内海马区NO、NOS的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨电针对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠行为学及脑内海马区NO、NOS的影响。方法:本实验采用完全随机分组法将60只老龄Wistar大鼠分为4组,每组各15只,分别为假手术组、电针组、模型组和西药组。采用2-血管阻断法(2-VO)制作VD大鼠模型,术后7天开始治疗。电针组按照于致顺头穴分区丛刺法选取大鼠头部额区丛刺,神庭透刺至囟会,并在此基础上向左、右各1寸及2寸处再引4条平行线刺入。接通电麻仪,2 Hz频率,选取疏密波,以大鼠额区轻微颤动为度,持续20 min,之后再留针30 min,每日1次。西药组给予脑复康溶液,模型组和假手术组给予生理盐水,每日1次灌胃,共30天。治疗结束后,采用Morris水迷宫检测大鼠的学习记忆能力,应用化学比色法检测VD大鼠海马区自由基NO、NOS的含量。结果:电针组VD大鼠的学习记忆能力有显著提高。模型组NO的含量和NOS活性均高于假手术组(P<0.01)。治疗后,电针组VD大鼠脑组织NO含量和NOS活性显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:电针可以使VD大鼠的学习记忆能力有不同程度的提高,改善自由基代谢,保护VD大鼠海马区神经元。 Objective: To research the effect of electric acupuncture on the behavior of vascular dementia rats and the activity of oxygen free radicals in hippocampus. Methods: Select 60 pure Wistar aging rats and divide them into 4 groups: a sham operation group,a model group,a western medicine group and an electric acupuncture group. In the experiment we adopted 2- VO to duplicate model VD and carried on electric acupuncture treatment at the frontal area of rats' heads. Then we examined the memory ability of rats after Morris water maze was used. Results: Modeling led to the reduction of model animals' learning and memory ability. After the electric acupuncture treatment,the statistical data showed this method could increase learning ability of rats and decrease the contents of NO and NOS in hippocampus. Conclusion: Electric acupuncture could increase the learning and memory ability of VD rats. It could improve the metabolism of oxygen free radical and promote the restoring function of injured neuron in hippocampus.
