摘要
通过大伙房输水工程TBM(隧道掘进机)2标喷射混凝土配比设计、选定研究及施工应用,总结出了"无碱液态速凝剂+湿喷新工艺+TBM掘进机自带喷射"的喷射系统的施工经验,可为类似工程TBM施工喷射混凝土配比研究参考。
In the paper,spraying system construction whole-set experience of＂alkali-free liquid accelerator ＋ wet spraying new technology ＋ TBM heading machine with spraying function＂is summarized through Dahuofang water diversion project TBM2 standard shotcrete mixing ratio design,selection research and construction test application. Reference is provided for studying TBM construction shotcrete mixing ratio in similar projects.
