摘要
以电站轴流风机为研究对象,应用大型商用软件FLUENT,基于结构化网格的有限体积法,采用标准RNG k-ε湍流模型,对轴流风机的内部流场进行了模拟,同时对全压和效率与试验数据进行对比分析,验证了数值分析的精确度,为电站轴流风机的运行调整及优化设计提供参考依据。
The internal flow field of axial fan was simulated by the commercial software FLUENT to comparatively analyze the total pressure and efficiency with the experimental data. It also used a structured mesh finite volume method and standard RNG k-ε turbulence model. It can provide references for operation adjustment and optimization of axial fan in power plant design.
