摘要
利用Gleeble 3800型热模拟试验机对FH32高强船板动态CCT曲线进行研究。试验结果表明:不同冷却速率下FH32船板的组织是不同的。冷却速率小于5℃/s,得到的组织主要是铁素体和珠光体;当冷却速率大于10℃/s时,得到的组织是贝氏体组织。
CCT curves of high strength hull structural steel FH32 were studied by means of Gleeble3800 thermal simulation testing machine. The test results showed that the microscopic structure of FH32 was different under the different cooling rates. The microscopic structure mainly was ferrite and pearlite when the cooling rate was less than 5 ℃ / s.When the cooling rate was greater than 10 ℃ / s,the getting microscopic structure is bainite.
