摘要 急性主动脉夹层（AAD）是一种发病率逐年上升心血管系统急危重症，典型的AAD患者表现为剧烈、突发、胸背部、撕裂样疼痛。严重的可以出现突然晕厥、心衰、甚至来不及抢救就突然死亡。
