摘要
论文针对高精度加速度计的输出噪声特性进行分析,包括加速度计表体、线路、检测仪表及测试环境。通过分析阐明加速度计输出噪声产生的根源,给出加速度计表体具有的分辨能力以及采取相应措施满足系统对分辨率的需求。
Analysis were made in the paper aiming at the output noise characteristics of high precision accelerometer,including accelerometer itself,circuit,testing instrument and testing environment.The reasons which lead to produce the noise through the analysis are found out to provide the resolution of the accelerometer and take some measures to meet the system＇s need of the resolution.
