摘要
针对舰艇部队训练中存在实弹射击少,日常训练效果不好的问题,采用德尔菲法选取适当的评估指标,利用模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重,最后运用模糊综合评判得出日常射击训练操作的成绩并给出改进建议,实现了日常训练射击效果的综合评估。
The effect of daily training was poor because of the lack of ball firing on warship.In order to evaluate the effect of daily training comprehensively,firstly,the evaluation indexes were selected based on Delphi method;then the FAHP was used to determine the index weights;at last,the operating performance was calculated through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and advices were gave to improve it.
