摘要
随着信息社会的到来,制造业的生产模式已经从批量生产向批量定制转变。批量定制的模式,在满足用户个性需求的同时保持生产过程的高效和产品质量的提升。面对这种时代需求,建筑业的设计与建造也应发生相应的变革。制造业产品的设计与生产对技术变革具有比建筑业更高的敏感度。该文通过探讨家具业在产品构件的精细化设计,分析了建筑设计中构件设计对建筑空间、表皮、材料和建造等方面的影响。这种思路对设计教学有一定指导意义。
With the development of information technology, manufacturing industry has been shitting from mass production to mass customization. Mass customization meets individual needs of the users, retains high efficiency of the production process and improves the product quality. Faced with this cutting edge demand, the design and construction of architectural industry should also make changes. The design and production of manufacturing industry is more sensitive to technology changes than architectural industry. This article, through a discussion of the refined inspiration in the design and production of the furniture industry, analyzes the impact of component design to space, coating, materials and construction in the architectural design. This idea of design is a meaningful guidance for the teaching of architectural design.
