摘要
目的评价加味八珍汤对老年髋部骨折愈合的临床疗效。方法行单侧老年髋部骨折手术内固定的病人60例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。围手术期间治疗组服用加味八珍汤,对照组服用力蜚能(多糖铁复合物胶囊),观察2组在骨痂生长、骨折临床愈合时间及临床疗效方面的疗效。结果治疗组骨痂生长优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组缩短骨折临床愈合时间优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组有效率83.3%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.348,P<0.05)。结论加味八珍汤对老年髋部骨折气血两虚证的病人,可使气血旺盛,筋骨得养,有利于骨折愈合。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Bazhen decoction for healing in the elderly hip fracture. Methods Underwent unilateral operation of internal fixation in elderly hip fracture patients＇ 60 cases. It will be randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 people each group. During the peri operation treatment group taking Bazhen decoction, the control group taking Niferex （Iron Polysaccharide Complex Capsules）, the two groups were observed in callus growth, healing time and the clinical curative effect of fracture situation. Results The treatment group＇s growth of callus was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the treatment group to shorten the chnical healing time of fracture was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the effective rate of treatment group was 93.3 % （28/30）, the effective rate of control group 83.3 % （25/30）, the difference was statistically significant （χ2 = 4. 348, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Deficiency of qi and blood patients healed by Jiawei Bazhen decoction on senile hip fracture, make the blood and bone strong, bones have conducive to fracture healing.
