摘要
脏腑功能失调,外邪乘虚侵袭鼻窍被认为是过敏性鼻炎的主要病机,其病位在肺脾肾肝,病性又有寒热之分、虚实之别,包括瘀血、痰饮等病理因素。近现代各医家对其辨证论治的临床经验各不相同,主要包括从肝脾肾等脏腑论治、从风论治、从痰瘀论治等方法。
The main pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis is viscera function disorder and invasion of exogenous pathogens to nasal cavity. Disease locations mainly concern lung, spleen, kidney and liver. The nature of the lesion has chilis and fever difference in addition to deficiency and excess. The pathological factors such as blood stasis and phlegm are included. Doctors have different clinical experiences of syndrome differentiation treatment, which mainly include treatment from internal organs, wind and phlegm stagnation.
