摘要
环境影响人们的心理和行为,相同的案件在不同的环境下进行调解会产生不同的效果,有的案件需要到当事人熟悉的环境中,使当事人彻底放松;有的需要在庄严肃穆的环境中,使当事人心理受到强烈的震慑;有的需要当事人在一个完全陌生的环境中,产生精神和心理上的紧张。通过研究不同环境下,案件当事人不同的心理和行为表现对案件调解效果所产生的影响更好地发挥环境心理学在案件调解中的作用。
The environment has an effect on people＇s psychology and behavior. The same case under different circumstances will produce different effects. In order to make the party feel relaxed, some cases should be carried on in the environment that the party is familiar with; some cases should go on under a solemn environment to make sure the party having a strong psychological deterrent feeling; while, to ensure the party produces an extreme mental and psychological tension, some cases are required to be carried on under a completely unfamiliar environment. This study aims to put environment psychology into good using in case medication through exploring the influence of case medication effect that the party has on with different psychological and behavioral performance under different circumstances.
