摘要
金融潜能正通过一系列经济发展效应影响着城市化经济的发展质量。提升金融潜能的质量和增强优秀金融潜能的空间溢出能力,能够扩大金融经济发展正效能的辐射范围,助推城市和区域经济连动式发展。定义金融潜能并将其分为金融集中趋势潜能、金融规模潜能、金融外向潜能和金融流强度潜能,通过构建金融潜能及其空间溢出效应的理论和实证分析模型,测度2004-2012年东北三省地级以上城市的上述四种潜能,并分析各种金融潜能的空间溢出效应的发挥情况。结果表明:四种金融潜能对于经济增长的空间溢出效应较为显著,但水平偏低。因此,保集聚、促规模、创区位、推辐射将是未来金融潜能推进东北全面振兴的必然途径。
The financial potential is affecting the development of city economy quality through playing a series of economic development effects.The city which has financial potential with higher quality and can play stronger spatial spillover effects,may realize the integration of financial boost the city and regional economy.To definite financial potential and to construct measurement model,measure financial centralized trend potential,financial scale potential,financial external potential and financial flow strength potential.Constructing a theoretical model of spillover effects in financial potential space,measure the spatial spillover effect of financial potential.The results show that：the four financial potential for economic growth spillovers space more significant but low level.Therefore,pull gathering,promoting scale,a location,push radiation would be a natural way to promote future financial potential of the overall revitalization of the Northeast.
